Job Description
Are you a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to hospitality? OD Pakistan is looking for a proactive and dedicated Shift Manager to enhance our dynamic team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
- Inspire and lead the team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Effectively manage staff schedules and assign responsibilities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial position within the food and beverage sector.
- A relevant degree and strong leadership capabilities.
