Are you an experienced Estimation Engineer familiar with US practices? Mindwhiz invites you to be a part of our dynamic team as a Senior Cost Estimator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Salary: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive estimates from project plans.
– Engage effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs for cost-effective alternatives.
– Oversee tender documents to ensure precise bidding.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of estimation experience in the US.
– Proficiency in estimation software.
– Excellent communication skills.
