Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service, and providing assistance with troubleshooting, billing, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle inbound calls related to Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.

Pay: Starting at Rs 55,00.00 per month
