Job Description
Secure Tech Cards (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This full-time position requires working Monday to Saturday, focusing on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-based intelligent machines within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or Mechanical with 4-5 years of relevant experience in PLC machine maintenance
- Expertise in electrical wiring, variable frequency drives (VFD), servo motors, CNC machines, human-machine interfaces (HMI), PCB circuit boards, and pneumatic systems
- In-depth knowledge of dies, punches, relays, sensors, and control wiring
- Experience in preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and calibration processes
