Job Description

- Identifying and scheduling loads for drivers in alignment with their availability and specific deadlines.
- Planning optimal routes to minimize costs and travel time.
- Maintaining effective communication with drivers to provide updates and support.
- Collaborating with brokers and shippers to negotiate rates and manage necessary paperwork.
- Proactively resolving issues such as delays or mechanical failures.
