Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is actively searching for a highly qualified Senior Recruitment Officer to enhance our strategic recruitment initiatives and manage the candidate selection process effectively.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is required.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, engaging with potential candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, collaborating with department heads, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
