Job Description
Are you meticulous and dedicated to upholding high-quality standards? Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team during the night shift. In this role, you will assess customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat messages, provide constructive feedback, and analyze service metrics.
This is a full-time position with hours from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, along with one paid leave after the successful completion of your probation period.
