We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Nestlé Pakistan. This role requires exceptional communication and coordination skills to effectively lead our Sales Operations network and Field Sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Field Sales Strategy for your designated region, ensuring that all objectives are achieved while maintaining compliance with company principles and policies.
The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of Sales or Marketing experience in a leadership role, demonstrating a solid history of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
