Job Description
Blink Estudio is seeking a dedicated Customer and Chat Support Representative to enhance our customer service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing exceptional support through social media, email, text messages, and phone calls. You will oversee the entire order process, monitor inventory, and efficiently manage returns.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of e-commerce experience, outstanding English communication skills, and a strong familiarity with cosmetics. Knowledge of website management and logistics is necessary for this position.
Our working hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, with a competitive salary range of Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
