Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi
ABS International is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role is focused on managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and overseeing benefits management to bolster our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Manage confidential employee records.
- Assist with training programs and HR documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Work Location: In-person
