Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our North Nazimabad office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in spoken English. Candidates with solid Excel abilities and previous experience in a call center will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer calls, delivering accurate and satisfactory solutions.
- Address customer requests according to their specifications.
- Effectively de-escalate issues with dissatisfied customers, providing compassionate assistance.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Graduate level education.
