Safety Star (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Female HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and cultivate a positive work environment at our Sialkot office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Design and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
• Facilitate performance management and training programs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates will be considered.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
