Job Description: We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in electrical and electronic systems. The Assistant Manager will oversee design and maintenance strategies, perform routine maintenance, swiftly address equipment faults, and manage MEP systems, including HVAC compressors and fire alarms. The ideal candidate will efficiently control maintenance tools and inventory, monitor costs, and enhance safety protocols.
