Job Description
Hamson Inc. is actively seeking a committed IT Support Assistant to enhance our team. The primary duties include receiving, documenting, and managing user complaints, categorizing and prioritizing issues in the Complaint Management System (CMS), and offering basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and network problems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a foundational understanding of IT concepts, and familiarity with helpdesk systems. A solid understanding of IT security principles is also required.
