Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Director to lead our RCM team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring compliance, optimizing revenue generation, and enhancing financial performance.
The RCM Director will collaborate with billing, coding, and finance departments to devise strategies that maximize efficiency. Key responsibilities will include data analysis, implementation of best practices, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere to meet organizational objectives.
