Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely registration with EOBI and Social Security, and ensuring adherence to Labor Laws. You will assist in the onboarding and exit processes for employees, support payroll functions by providing necessary information, and coordinate with government departments during inspections or audits. Additionally, you will respond to employee inquiries, maintain essential HR documentation, and organize employee welfare activities to promote a positive workplace environment.
