About the Role:
AA Printers is seeking a competent Help Desk Support Representative to provide exceptional customer support via phone and email. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone and email
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Build strong relationships through clear communication
- Suggest solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure timely follow-ups for problem resolution
