Job Description
AAM Feast is actively seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to enhance our guests’ overall experience. The GRO will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, managing guest inquiries, and fostering positive relationships from the moment of arrival until departure.
Key responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, addressing complaints, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely service. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), demonstrable customer service experience, and exceptional communication skills.
