Job Description
AAW is seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to guide students in achieving high band scores. This role features a performance-based compensation model, allowing you to earn 50% of the net profit after expenses.
Key Responsibilities: Provide engaging training for both Academic and General Training IELTS modules, covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills. Develop customized practice materials and assess student performance regularly.
Eligibility Criteria: A BS or MA in English Language or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of experience in IELTS preparation. Strong English proficiency is required; prior training certification is an advantage.
