Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is looking for a meticulous Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This role is essential for effective staffing, scheduling, and performance forecasting within our operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee staff schedules
- Monitor live operational queues and agent availability
- Analyze and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams
- Generate and prepare Workforce Management reports
- Assist in strategic headcount planning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Workforce Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
