Job Summary: Abbott Laboratories is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Production to collaborate with the Production Manager in overseeing manufacturing and dispensing processes. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Major Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing and dispensing operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.).
- Meet operational deadlines while seeking opportunities for process enhancements.
- Assist in the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and conduct root cause analyses.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications: A graduate degree in a science-related field (preferably Pharm D), 3-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
