Job Description
Abendsoft seeks a professional Customer Service Representative with excellent written and verbal English to manage customer emails and tickets promptly. You will resolve Shopify inquiries, maintain low inbox volumes, and respond within 12 business hours. Responsibilities include handling tickets professionally, applying critical thinking to retain customers, reporting complaint patterns, meeting daily email targets without sacrificing quality, and using Excel and ChatGPT to streamline responses.
- Experience with Shopify and email-based support in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore, Monday–Friday plus one weekend day, 12pm–9pm
