Job Description
Abid Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Site Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. This position is crucial for effective administration and strong leadership, making it ideal for candidates with exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents’ inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the community.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
