Join ABS International as a BPO Compliance Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory excellence within our evening call center operations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting weekly audits, monitoring agent performance, and preparing detailed compliance reports.
Requirements: We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of BPO compliance auditing experience, proficiency in workforce management tools, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required.
