Job Description
ABS International is seeking dedicated professionals for an on-site position located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month, with potential earnings exceeding PKR 100,00 for top performers.
The work schedule spans from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off, and offers flexible night shift options: 6 PM to 2 AM PKT, 8 PM to 4 AM PKT, or 10 PM to 6 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately maintain CRM records.
- Meet established service quality standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficient in C1/C2 level English communication.
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Availability for night shifts (Monday to Saturday).
