Job Description
ABS International is actively seeking a dedicated B2B International Sales Executive to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (near Johar Mor). This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 50,00 to PKR 60,00 per month, with uncapped commission potential. Our top performers have the opportunity to earn over PKR 150,00 monthly! The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in outbound sales outreach, negotiate international deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales or BPO, exceptional English communication skills, and availability for the full night shift.
Compensation: Base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based promotions.
