Job Description
Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM or 8:00 PM–4:00 AM | Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary of PKR 50,00–60,00 plus uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings of over PKR 150,00 for top performers)
About ABS International: With over 16 years of experience in the BPO industry, we specialize in managing US outbound B2B campaigns, providing paid onboarding and opportunities for rapid promotion.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach via phone and LinkedIn, qualify leads, close sales, and ensure updates are maintained in the CRM system.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in US B2B sales, excellent English communication skills, and availability for night shifts in Gulistan-e-Johar.
