Job Description
ABS International, Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 13-C, Karachi), invites applications for Customer Support Executives for US international campaigns on the night shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM). This full-time, in-person position manages inbound and outbound calls, emphasizes First Contact Resolution, and uses CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Compensation: PKR 40,00–50,00 (based on experience/accent) + incentives up to PKR 20,00 and a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance; reliable performers typically net PKR 65k–75k.
- Requirements: Fluent English with a neutral/American accent; 6+ months BPO experience and CRM multitasking preferred; exceptional English-speaking freshers are encouraged to apply.
