Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead to drive full‑cycle hiring for engineering and product teams. You will design sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and use data to improve time‑to‑hire and quality of hire. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, manage applicant tracking workflows, and promote employer branding to attract top technical talent. Candidates should have proven experience in technical recruiting, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
