Job Summary:
Ad Snipper is seeking a talented and dynamic Executive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts. You will manage email communications, create reports, perform data scraping, coordinate meetings, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Email and phone communication management
- Inbox management using Office 365 and G Suite
- Basic social media management
- Data entry and documentation
- Lead prospecting and cold emailing
- Team management and reporting
