Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of HR Officer (Fresh Graduate) for our esteemed client, AEG Consulting, located in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR operations and foster employee engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments on HR-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Internship experience in HR is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
