Job Description
Are you detail-oriented with excellent English listening skills? Afir Technologies is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to review the call recordings of every sales call to ensure that agents have followed all company protocols during their conversations.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs30,00.00 and Rs40,00.00. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a keen ear for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
