Job Description
AK Graphic is excited to announce openings for dynamic and motivated Call Center Agents (Night Shift) in Gulberg II, Lahore, supporting an international campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and address inquiries
- Initiate outbound calls and ensure follow-up
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 months call center experience (Freshers encouraged)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Punctuality and regularity are essential
