Job Description
AK Graphic seeks energetic, motivated Night Shift Call Center Agents to join our Gulberg II, Lahore office. Candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product and service information, update customer records, and consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs while maintaining professional, friendly support.
- Experience: 2–3 months preferred; confident freshers considered
- Skills: strong English communication, punctuality, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Employment: full-time, on-site (night shift)
- Compensation: Rs35,00–80,00 per month (performance-based), monthly incentives, performance-driven promotions and career growth in a supportive workplace
