Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and achieve safety, quality, and delivery targets. The role includes production planning, supervising teams, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and coordinating maintenance and inventory. Key duties: develop schedules, uphold quality standards, implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, have 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership, demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be proficient with production planning tools.
