Job Description
Al-Amin Salt Works (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our salt production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, monitoring quality control, training staff, identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing strategies to minimize waste. The position requires a diploma or degree in Production, Engineering, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
