Job Description
Al Madiha Enterprises is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of BPO experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. You will oversee daily operations, lead teams for peak performance, and drive process improvements.
