Job Description
We are seeking an IT Administrator to manage essential functions, including system administration, network management, technical support, security, and data management. In this role, you will also oversee project management, software development, and training, while fostering strong vendor relationships and engaging in strategic planning to ensure our IT infrastructure aligns with organizational objectives.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of IT support experience. Expertise in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools is mandatory. We require candidates with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, and availability to work within US and AUS time zones.
