Job Description
Ali Enterprise LLC seeks customer-focused female Call Center Agents for a full-time, in-person night schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sat 10:00 PM–5:00 AM. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs75,00/month.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow provided scripts, escalate complex issues, and meet performance targets.
- Open to freshers and experienced applicants with excellent English communication, basic computer and typing skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
