Job Description
The Country Commercial Performance Lead will own commercial strategy and execution to drive sustained revenue and margin growth across the country. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to define targets, monitor KPIs, and optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment to enhance profitability and customer value.
We seek a data-driven leader with 7+ years in commercial analytics or sales strategy, advanced Excel and SQL proficiency, and a demonstrated ability to convert insights into measurable action. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills are essential. Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
