Job Description

Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. seeks two experienced Closers for Forex sales at ISE Tower, Islamabad. Full-time role focused on leading sales teams, converting warm leads into active Forex traders, closing high-ticket deals, and ensuring consistent client deposits and activations.

• Lead and motivate sales executives; collaborate with lead generators
• Close a minimum of 12 clients per month; manage objections and upsell premium services
• Requirements: 2–3 years in Forex closing, deep market/platform knowledge, strong negotiation and leadership, English required (Arabic a plus)
• Compensation: PKR 150,00–200,00 fixed + uncapped commissions and performance incentives
