Job Description
Allied Consultants is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining the candidate database. Familiarity with IT roles and strong sourcing skills are essential.
