Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a dedicated CSR Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, ensuring they align with our business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., communications, sustainability).
- Manage CSR budgets and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with CSR-related regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR program effectiveness.
