Apace Sol, a reputable US-based company with over 30 years of experience in Chicago, is looking for a committed Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our Night Shift team (on-site).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Utilize HR recruitment and attendance software efficiently.
• Maintain thorough and organized employee records.
• Draft necessary HR documentation with precision.
• Engage with stakeholders and team members positively.
• Implement HR policies and initiatives proactively.
