Job Description
Appcrates seeks a full-time, in-person HR Executive (Construction) to implement and manage HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role oversees end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks), maintains employee records and HR databases, administers compensation and benefits, conducts performance evaluations, handles employee relations and separations, and prepares HR reports for management.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; solid knowledge of HR legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
