Job Description
Argiez Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Order Taker to join our team at the DHA Clifton restaurant in Block 4, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist customers with selections.
- Input orders into the POS system efficiently.
- Upsell items based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
Qualifications include strong communication skills and experience in customer service. Salary: Rs30,00 – Rs35,00/month. Shifts may include evenings and weekends.
