Job Description

ArmArch is actively looking for a motivated Recovery Officer to enhance our vibrant real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the collection of overdue payments, maintaining detailed records, and partnering with our accounts and sales departments to ensure smooth financial processes. Strong communication skills and prior experience in debt recovery within the real estate industry are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments.
• Update and maintain payment records accurately.
• Draft and dispatch reminders for overdue payments.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide suggestions for enhancing collection efficiency.

Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month (+ commission)
