Job Description
Arthur Lawrence, a US-based IT Staffing Company located in Karachi, is actively seeking Customer Support Representatives specializing in the American recruitment sector.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates with experience in customer support, adept at engaging with American and international clients.
- Exceptional communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Availability to work US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PKT) with complimentary transportation provided.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in US or Canadian voice campaigns.
- Fluency in English, including a US accent.
Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Compensation: Base Salary PKR 65,00 plus incentives and benefits.
