Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Admin Executive to join our Rawalpindi branch. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in administration, specifically in fleet management, vendor management, facilities management, and catering management, along with exceptional communication skills.
Location: Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet management and ensure efficient operation of company vehicles.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing service levels.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with health standards.
- Manage catering services for corporate events and meetings.
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
