Job Description

ASK Development Limited is excited to invite enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to apply for the position of Phone Banking Officer at our Call Center located in Lahore. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist clients with banking inquiries, and actively promote our financial products through phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to banking products and services.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.
• Address complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Age 35 years or under.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with call center experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
